Hotshoe Issue 210 is dedicated to the work of Todd Hido, well known for his atmospheric nighttime photographs of suburban America that tap into our collective memory, and communicate human experience.
Featuring an extended interview between Todd Hido and Darius Himes, International Head of Photographs at Christie’s; as well as never before published images from Hido’s newly released photobook, The End Sends Advance Warning; and a story by Jane Slavin, in response to some of Hido’s early black and white photos, in Crude Metaphors.
