Farta is a publication that believes in valuing Portuguese popular cuisine.

The first edition of Farta focuses on francesinha, the biggest gastronomic stronghold in the city of Porto. The demigod of the Invicta was the pretext to bring together an array of diners avid for knowledge to think about its magic and the rituals that surround it.

With the special collaboration of Álvaro Martino, BePolar Design Studio, Cursed Francesinhas, Diana Barnabé, Filipe Soares, Inês Matos Andrade, João Rodrigues Rodrigues, Min, Pedro Lopes, Pedro Tavares, Teresa Castro Viana, Tiago Lessa and Vasco Coelho Santos.
